Oooof! Can you believe that we have been around for just over a year!

Since our inception we've:
- hosted our first IWD event
- facilitated 24 hours in courageous conversations
- held space with fierce and fabulous folk
- launched our crispy new website
- paid artists to share their powerful works on our platform and at our events
- engaged over 3000 likeminded individuals IRL and online

And all of this with just under $11k in the bank and the generous support of our volunteers, community and core team.

we are the mainstream is a volunteer-led collective that has been self- and community-led since our inception and we are committed to economic and racial justice and reimbursing all folk who we work alongside with.

So that we can continue the good trouble in 2021 and beyond, as well as expanding our program to schools, we will be having a virtual fundraising party on Tuesday 8th December.

It’ll be a great opportunity to jump on, say hi, ask the team any questions about plans for 2021 and say hi to familiar faces.

Open to anyone who believes in elevating and celebrating First Nations, Women of Colour and Gender Diverse People of Colour.
